Do you have 5 minutes? Then watch this movie I have made about a horse called Blackie who had severe difficulties with walking.

What is Equine TouchTM?

Equine Touch is a very soft but penetrating technique that I use on horses with imbalance in mind or body. The gentle Equine Touch moves communicate with the body through the connective tissue, the communication system of the cells, the meridians and acupuncture points.

The horse does not have to have a genuine problem to receive Equine Touch. They can also receive it for general well being and to prevent any damaging defects. Regardless of age, discipline, breed, or past problems all horses can benefit from Equine Touch.

During the years I have given many horses Equine Touch with magnificent results. This is a list of some of the problems the horses have had:

What happens in the horse’s body?

  • tension during riding
  • stiffness in the body
  • anti-social behavior towards other horses and humans
  • bucking during riding
  • certain lameness's
  • mood swings
  • swollen lymph glands
  • lack of energy
  • gastric ulcers
  • summer eczema
  • kicking
  • rearing during riding
  • sadness
  • unlevel gaits
  • uneasy behavior during handling
  • unwillingness to go forward
  • unwillingness to canter
  • unwillingness to jump
  • etc.

What is healing?

  • The healing process for illnesses and injuries should be promoted.

  • Blood circulation is increased.

  • Detox-excretion of waste products initiated.
  • The body is brought into balance physically and  psychologically.

  • Tense and stiff muscles relax.

  • The immune system is strengthened.
  • Reconstruction of damaged tissue by for example kicks, ulcers, sprains and inflammation is promoted.

  • Pain is soothed and the horse will relax.

It is a completely natural process. It is an invisible flow of spiritual energy from the infinite universe to a client - people or animal - who, in one way or another is out of balance mentally or physically. The energy is transmitted in different ways: by touching the body with the hands, by holding the hands near the body or by distant healing where the healer and client are in different locations.

People who receive healing describe the experience as "a flow of white light", "warmth", "inner peace", "relaxation". Horses and other animals are just as receptive to healing as people and they experience it just the same way. When I heal a horse the first thing I do is locate the horse’s energy field and detect the imbalances or pain. I then transmit healing to bring back balance and harmony to the body.
